The buildings form a connected block interspersed with courtyards and open spaces, with a central square surrounded by covered pedestrian pathways. Two gateways allow entry into the Diplomatic Quarter center. The ground floor level is dedicated to pedestrians, and the movement of vehicles and parking is planned to be situated below the ground level. The mosque’s block stands out distinctly from the rest of the buildings, and it is distinguished by two tall minarets aligned with the direction of the Qibla (Mecca), aiding in orientation and identifying the center’s location within the quarter.
