BEEAH Planners, Architects, and Engineers is pleased to announce the completion of the “Al Yanfaa” Heritage Village restoration and rehabilitation project. Situated in the Aseer region, this village is distinguished by its unique architectural heritage, featuring ancient buildings, mosques, and historical fortresses. The restoration covered over 60,000 square meters and included:
- Rehabilitation of Pathways and Courtyards: Restored using stone paving to maintain the village’s heritage character.
- Lighting: An advanced lighting system for pathways and courtyards, enhancing nighttime beauty.
- Green Gardens: Entrances, exits, pathways, and courtyards were adorned with green orchards for a tranquil atmosphere.
- Natural Rainwater Drainage: Implemented using traditional methods and natural slopes for safe water drainage.
Project Outcomes:
- The village was designed to be easily navigable for visitors, offering a journey through time.
